- Recently served as Head of Global Integrated Business Planning for Elanco Pharmaceuticals, leading the organization through implementation journey of IBP
- Managed and led the deployment of Integrated Business Planning for all business units, joint ventures, and acquisitions of Cummins Inc., a Fortune 500, $22B corporation. This includes organization design, education, deployment, coaching, assessments, and foundational work within supporting processes including supply chain, product planning, demand planning and financial integration.
- Led $10B business segment, Cummins Engine, through new IBP deployment with education, workshops, coaching, and facilitation of IR and MBR steps for the leadership team. This was a transformation program moving from a very fragmented functional organization to an integrated organization and included major changes in systems, processes, accountability, finance, and behavior all on a global scale.
